The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area and designated locations.
• Develop and execute strategies and tactics to drive all sales activities within the region and specified metropolitan areas.
• Recruit, select, train, and manage sales staff, ensuring performance and adherence to company policies.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing to strategic planning and implementing operational improvements.
• Meet regional financial objectives through accurate forecasting, budget management, and variance analysis.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (high school diploma/GED required).
• Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve high sales quotas.
