The Role

• Take ownership of projects involving cable and pipeline networks from planning to completion, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
• Independently coordinate teams and produce necessary measurements and documentation.
• Plan and allocate team resources, overseeing and controlling subcontractors.
• Ensure successful project outcomes by adhering to internal and external quality management, HSEQ, and safety guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a cable or pipeline layer, or a related trade like construction worker, cable installer, electrician, or electronics technician.
• Equivalent experience in cable or pipeline construction will also be considered.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level).
• A responsible, motivated, and committed work ethic, coupled with strong reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A valid driver's license (Class B required; Classes C and CE are a plus).
