Job Description

POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor
STATUS: Full-Time Permanent Position
LOCATION: Ontario, CA
INDUSTRY: Food Industry

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Operations, or related field
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
Skilled in preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and equipment installations
Solid understanding of OSHA/safety regulations
Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities:

Managing and developing a team of maintenance technicians
Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
Overseeing preventive maintenance programs
Supporting line changeovers and equipment upgrades
Leading safety and compliance initiatives
