We are hiring for a leading national psychosomatic and recognized specialist clinic group in Germany, renowned for its comprehensive care for adults and adolescents. The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinical routine for patients and the team.
• Co-facilitate therapeutic sessions by engaging with topics from individual and group therapies.
• Provide frontline support and expert intervention during acute crisis situations.
• Lead therapy groups focusing on areas such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and coping strategies.
• Offer therapeutic support to patients during meals, particularly those with eating disorders.
• Participate in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator or Heil-erziehungspfleger (m/f/d).
• Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential group care.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a passion for the profession.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their relatives.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
