•8 to 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in program/project management.
•Strong development background in Java and/or Python (hands-on experience preferred).
•Experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs with distributed/global teams.
•Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
•Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), microservices, and APIs.
•Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive reporting.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with budgets of $5M
