Infrastructure Delivery Lead
Duration - 12 Months 
Location -  Addison, TX 

Job Description
  • Own the architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end infrastructure solutions across On-Premises, Azure, AWS, Network, Security, M365, Identity, and DevOps platforms.
  • Lead NewCo carve-out and separation programs, including separation planning, dependency mapping, TSA management, Day-1 readiness, migration strategy, and cutover execution.
  • Define target-state infrastructure architectures, governance models, security baselines, and operational frameworks.
  • Lead delivery of DC and office network deployments including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPN, ExpressRoute, and cloud connectivity.
  • Architect and lead M365/Entra ID implementations and tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Drive DevOps transformation through CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, DevSecOps, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes/AKS.
  • Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and serve as the primary technical advisor for clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop architecture standards, deployment roadmaps, cutover plans, governance controls, RAID logs, and operational readiness processes.
  • 15+ years of IT Infrastructure experience, including Architect-level responsibility for enterprise infrastructure solutions.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale infrastructure across Azure, AWS, M365, Networking, Security, Identity, and DevOps domains.
  • Strong experience leading NewCo carve-outs, M&A separations, infrastructure stand-ups, migrations, and TSA exits.
  • Experience delivering data center and office network setups and hybrid cloud connectivity solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure, Entra ID, M365, Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance, security, resiliency, and operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and translate architecture designs into successful deployments.
  • Infrastructure Architecture and Delivery Leadership across Cloud, Network, Security, M365, Identity, and DevOps.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale NewCo carve-outs and separation programs.
  • Architect-level ownership of solution design, implementation strategy, migration planning, and governance.
  • Experience with DC/Office network deployments, M365 tenant migrations, and end-to-end cloud infrastructure implementation.
  • Strong DevOps and automation experience including Terraform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
