About the Role
Join an international, cross-functional engineering team building cutting-edge cockpit and cloud solutions across the UK, Germany, and France. We're looking for an experienced software developer who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment and brings strong communication skills to help us ship high-quality software.

You'll work alongside architects, developers, and end users across multiple centres and external partners spanning Europe, India, and Canada - contributing to everything from UX design decisions to Back End architecture.

What You'll Do
Write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code and libraries for future use
Maintain and improve existing code identify inefficiencies and drive solutions to remove them
Define the testing strategy and implement it
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud applications alongside a distributed team
Engage in decisions ranging from UX design to Back End architecture
Work within Agile processes adapted to the teams and project's needs, delivering reliable, production-ready code in fast-paced sprints
Work across modern full-stack architectures and cloud deployment pipelines
Collaborate and communicate daily with architects, developers, and end users from different centres and external partners across Europe, India, and Canada

What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a software developer working with full-stack, cloud-based applications
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed, multicultural teams
Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments
A pragmatic, quality-focused approach to writing and maintaining code
Willingness to engage in decisions spanning the full stack - from UX considerations through to Back End architecture
