SEND Teacher | Birmingham, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £28 - £35 per hour

We are seeking passionate SEND Teachers to join an impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with diverse learners, including those with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Be part of a mission to raise the standard of education for young people with special educational needs.

What You'll Need

• A QTS or QTLS qualification.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• The right to work in the United Kingdom.
