Experience leading enterprise SDLC, software engineering, application modernization, DevSecOps, quality engineering, or developer-experience transformation programs.

Practical experience with AI-assisted software development, coding assistants, foundation models, agentic AI, engineering automation, AI-enabled testing, and developer platforms.

Experience applying Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and similar AI-enabled engineering frameworks that use structured requirements, specifications, architectural context, and automated workflows to guide code generation, testing, validation, documentation, and delivery across the SDLC.

The ability to evaluate AI use cases across the SDLC and translate them into credible value cases, implementation plans, operating-model changes, and measurable outcomes.

Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to connect business strategy, emerging AI capabilities, engineering practices, and delivery execution.
