I'm recruiting an Azure Infrastructure Engineer for a leading financial services client, joining a busy infrastructure team with a steady pipeline of projects. Outside IR35, fully remote, running initially for 6 months with strong likelihood of extension.

You'll be a hands-on Azure all-rounder working directly on the production environment - taking architects' high-level designs through to delivered, working infrastructure, and equally comfortable troubleshooting inherited Terraform as building new.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering Azure infrastructure primarily through Terraform, including picking up and fixing existing/inherited code
Building environments to approved designs across networking, compute, identity and serverless
Standing up and configuring applications and services, automating wherever possible
Promoting releases through to production within formal change control

What I'm looking for:

Strong, infrastructure-focused Azure expertise - a genuine all-rounder in live production estates
Deep Terraform, including reading, troubleshooting and fixing inherited code
Hands-on Azure API Management (APIM) - highly sought for this role
Working knowledge of DevOps/IaC principles (Ansible welcome)
Comfort in a regulated environment with elevated security and change governance
AWS exposure and Azure AI Foundry experience a bonus
