Business Development Executive

Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.

It involves meeting client on daily basis on-premises. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, reaching out via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting WES's consulting and automation services to decision-makers.

The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also includes tracking market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting defined sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Business acumen and Account Management skills to understand client needs and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Candidates should possess skills in basic sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM tools to track activities and outcomes effectively.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B services, consulting, or technology solutions sales will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
