The Compensation Structure

Bi-Weekly Commissions:

Your Role as an Account Executive:
90% Field Sales / 10% Remote:
You are a local consultant. You will spend your time in the community meeting business owners face-to-face, with the remaining time dedicated to remote training and funnel management.

Consultative Auditing

You’ll use our proven methods to analyze business statements and show owners exactly how much they save by switching to C2C.

Portfolio Ownership

You aren't just a "sales rep"; you manage your accounts to ensure satisfaction and secure your ongoing monthly residuals.

Growth & Support

Attend morning strategy calls and work directly with National Sales Managers who are dedicated to helping you close deals and grow your territory.
