The Role

• Lead and manage a regional sales team to drive all sales activities within the assigned geographic area.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and tactics to achieve regional sales objectives.
• Forecast sales requirements, prepare annual budgets, and analyze variances to ensure financial targets are met.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas for districts in alignment with national goals.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by fostering relationships with key clients and identifying new opportunities.
• Recommend product lines and identify opportunities for service enhancements based on market trends and customer needs.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (High school diploma/GED required).
• Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability in achieving high sales quotas.
