This role requires someone comfortable working in a dynamic environment while supporting mission-critical supply chain operations.
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced EDI & Supplier Enablement Coordinator to support a large-scale supplier integration environment within a supply chain digitalization team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in EDI, supplier onboarding, SAP, and B2B integrations who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues while collaborating with suppliers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding supplier integrations, supporting electronic data exchange, and ensuring reliable transaction processing across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily EDI and API integration operations supporting supplier connectivity.
- Lead supplier onboarding for EDI and API implementations.
- Troubleshoot end-to-end integration issues involving suppliers, VAN providers, middleware, and SAP.
- Support EDI transaction processing and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve integration problems.
- Assist with API certificate management and connectivity requirements.
- Guide suppliers through technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Participate in supplier meetings as the technical point of contact.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Support ongoing migration and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 830, 850, 855, 856, 862, 997)
- Experience working with EDI VANs and B2B integration models.
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in Supply Chain or Procurement.
- Experience supporting supplier onboarding and external integrations.
- Understanding of API integrations and secure data transfer methods.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP Business Network (SBN) implementations.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Procurement, or Aftermarket operations.
- Experience working with electronic supplier integration platforms.
- Familiarity with middleware integration environments.
