Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Solution Architect to architect, enhance, and stabilize enterprise order management solutions in complex retail/e-commerce environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Sterling OMS, Java, supply chain, and omnichannel order management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design and architect end-to-end IBM Sterling OMS solutions covering order capture, fulfillment, inventory, returns, and order routing.

·         Lead Sterling OMS upgrades, migrations, customizations, and integrations.

·         Develop and review HLD/LLD and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

·         Integrate Sterling OMS with ERP, CRM, WMS, POS, payment, tax, and logistics systems.

·         Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business and client stakeholders.

·         Troubleshoot and stabilize existing Sterling OMS implementations and drive solution improvements.

·         Support cloud deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

·         Next Gen Order Hub, Call Center, SOM, DTK, pipelines, inventory, and order routing
