Job Description

Title: Digital Producer
Location: If in Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA, hybrid 3 days/in office. REMOTE workers will also be considered from any U.S. location.

TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED:
o Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline; Five to seven years of hands-on digital production experience, with direct responsibility for UI/UX and owned digital asset delivery (web, mobile, app).
o Demonstrated ability to develop and manage precise production estimates for digital experience projects; experience working in high-volume, modular content environments, with a primary focus on owned digital assets and a secondary focus on social/display.
o Proficient in Workfront (or similar), Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud; familiar with trafficking tools, such as Celtra.
o Strong understanding of both owned and paid media workflows; financial and operational fluency; able to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
o Deep knowledge of digital production best practices for web, mobile, and app environments, including accessibility and usability standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The digital producer is responsible for end-to-end production delivery within UI/UX digital spaces, focusing on owned digital assets such as offer messages, landing pages, websites, mastheads, and the digital customer journey across desktop, mobile web, and mobile app environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both owned and paid media, with a strong understanding of the workflows required to develop and launch digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Primary responsibilities
Develop production estimates based on asset complexity and channel needs.
Review project briefs to identify gaps, assumptions, and potential risks early.
Monitor actuals versus estimates, tracking hours, costs, and cycle times.
Collaborate with finance to ensure budgets are aligned and costs are predictable.
Maintain strict scope control to prevent unauthorized work from entering production.
Break down project scopes into detailed schedules with clear dependencies for projects.
Manage the production pipeline for owned digital assets, balancing capacity with demand.
Identify and escalate potential capacity or resource issues early, especially for high-priority initiatives.
Ensure on-time delivery of digital experiences, meeting or exceeding SLAs.
Confirm all briefs are complete and production-ready before work begins.
Standardize inputs (e.g., files, specifications) and promote transparency using Workfront.
Minimize rework by enforcing rigorous front-end processes.
Act as the main coordination point among clients, production teams, and agencies.
Align production schedules with media and campaign requirements.
Ensure seamless transitions from project intake to final delivery.
Track and report on estimation accuracy, delivery timeliness, and throughput.
Provide regular updates on production health, including actions and accountability.
Apply best practices from owned digital production to enhance efficiency and quality in paid media initiatives.

Core competencies & skills
