We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Transactions Associates to support an innovative AI-driven legal contract review and negotiation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI performance and accuracy.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine AI-driven contract review solutions.

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
3+ years of technology transactions experience
Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
