The Role

• Lead national and international technical projects from acquisition through customer acceptance, managing timelines, quality, and costs.
• Take overall responsibility for proposal preparation, contract documentation, and project reporting in both German and English.
• Analyze and define technical requirements, create specifications, and develop technical documentation.
• Prepare and conduct contract negotiations, meetings, and project presentations.
• Ensure the successful implementation of technical project objectives and contractually compliant execution.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external interfaces, including subcontractors.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of experience in leading or managing technical projects.
• Strong technical understanding combined with excellent commercial knowledge.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (especially Excel), Jira, and Confluence.
• Military background or relevant experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required.
