Prospect, pitch, and close new national-level shipper accounts
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term success
Partner with operations and carrier sales to ensure flawless execution
3-7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
~ Ability to travel nationally as needed
~(Bonus) Existing book of business or well-developed industry network
