Director Solution Marketing

Labcorp seeks a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead portfolio strategy, sales enablement, and team development within its diagnostic services division. The role partners with product, sales, and clinical leadership to drive market positioning, competitive intelligence, and commercial alignment while managing a team of portfolio marketers.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, messaging frameworks, and competitive playbooks in partnership with product management
Assess scientific trends, competitive activity, and customer workflows to inform portfolio strategy and investment decisions
Lead, mentor, and develop portfolio marketer team in strategic thinking, scientific rigor, and marketing execution
Establish portfolio KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops across product, sales, science, and marketing functions
Leverage AI to accelerate workflow, aggregate market intelligence, and create standardized enablement artifacts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5+ years product management or portfolio marketing strategy experience
3+ years diagnostics or healthcare sector experience
3+ years sales enablement or commercial excellence experience
3+ years progressive team leadership and development
Experience with AI tools for portfolio marketing workflows and positioning
Demonstrated ability to apply AI to competitive monitoring and sales enablement preparation
