Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
2. Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning solutions to support business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations.
4. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to technical and business stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3+ years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and product analytics using Python and SQL.
Technical Skills	Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, Tableau, Predictive Analytics
Business / Domain Skills	Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Communication, Decision Support
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
2. Knowledge of big data processing frameworks and large-scale analytical environments.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills.
