Job description

About the role
We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well-established design team, you’ll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior-level role where you can influence how BIM is done, mentor others, and work on some genuinely interesting and complex projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire)
  • Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplines
  • Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes
  • Support project teams during design development and documentation phases
  • Mentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinators
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and designers
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead and influence outcomes

Why join us?

  • Work on high-profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors
  • Be part of a supportive, high-performing team that genuinely collaborates
  • Strong focus on career progression and ongoing development in digital engineering
  • Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Modern office environment and access to industry-leading tools and systems
