They ve already raised significant funding, work with major enterprise customers, and are scaling a high-performing engineering team to build AI systems that power complex, real-world workflows.
The Role:

You ll join as an AI/ML Engineer, building and deploying AI systems that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across mission-critical operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to ship quickly, work closely with domain experts, and turn complex processes into production-ready AI workflows.
What You ll Do:

• Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making
• Turn complex operational processes into AI-driven workflows
• Deploy ML solutions into production at scale
• Work closely with domain experts, users, and founders
• Help shape the engineering culture as the team grows

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in AI/ML engineering or research
• A track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production
• Strong product instincts and a bias for shipping
• The ability to work well with non-technical users
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Excitement for an intense, high-performance culture
