The Role

  • Lead and direct the Inside Sales team to ensure efficient operations, customer relationship strength, and revenue growth.
  • Set individual sales quotas, track performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Provide daily oversight, coaching, and mentorship to inside sales account executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Manage call flow and monitor team workflows to improve pipeline management, account retention, and lead conversion.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role within a call center or inside sales environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive business growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adapt strategies for optimal results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
