Mindbank Consulting Group is seeking a SharePoint Developer/Administrator to support our federal client. This role will focus on the development, administration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Microsoft SharePoint environments and related Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including SharePoint workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Location: 100% remote within the United States; must reside in ET/CT/MT (no PT) and be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
- Employment Type: W-2 salaried or 1099 (no C2C).
- Compensation: $105,000–$110,000 with comprehensive benefits offered.
- Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency () only.
- Duration: Approximately 1½ years remaining on the current contract, with the potential for follow-on work.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on SharePoint professional with strong development and administration experience across SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. This individual will design and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and applications while supporting the continued modernization of business processes through Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, applications, forms, workflows, and related solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and ongoing administration within Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online environments.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Design and maintain SharePoint lists and automated processes, including solutions for archiving completed and historical records while maintaining data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform SharePoint site design, site navigation, site collection administration, and related configuration activities.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft InfoPath forms integrated with SharePoint.
- Develop and enhance Power Apps to support evolving business processes and application requirements.
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, including data models, visualizations, and reporting logic.
- Support integrations among SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related applications and data sources.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation and new or enhanced web applications.
- Research and evaluate technologies and approaches for modernizing existing application environments while meeting federal standards and business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint, application, workflow, and integration issues.
- Provide Tier II technical support to SharePoint users and assist with day-to-day operational support.
- Perform testing and validation of application, workflow, reporting, and SharePoint enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and users to investigate issues, gather requirements, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical and process documentation, including user procedures, workflow documentation, diagrams, and application documentation.
- Support IT security requirements and applicable federal standards.
- Evaluate new and existing technologies and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business needs.

- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
- At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint development and administration.
- At least five (5) years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer.
- At least five (5) years of experience developing and maintaining Microsoft InfoPath forms integrated with SharePoint.
- At least three (3) years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
- Strong experience with SharePoint site design, site navigation, site collection administration, workflows, lists, forms, and user support.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power Automate workflows.
- Experience developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Experience designing and developing web-based applications and forms.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Power Platform technologies and related applications.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and end users in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows, forms, and applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Experience developing automated processes for SharePoint list management, data validation, archiving, and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI data models, dashboard development, and report validation.
- Experience supporting federal government applications and business processes.
- Experience researching and evaluating technologies for application modernization and workflow automation.
- Experience developing technical documentation, user procedures, workflow diagrams, and application support documentation.
