Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer / Python Developer with 7+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Python, SQL, API development, and backend technologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable enterprise applications, developing REST APIs and microservices, working with cloud technologies, and supporting data-driven applications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python development
• Strong SQL programming and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Microservices
• Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Security
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience with Databricks and/or PySpark
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and modern backend frameworks.
• Develop and enhance Python APIs and microservices.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts.
• Build and consume secure REST APIs.
• Integrate backend services with React-based applications.
• Develop data-processing solutions using Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
• Work with Azure services and Azure Synapse.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
