The Role

• Provide active, supportive basic nursing care.
• Administer specialized medical treatments and nursing care as prescribed.
• Assist residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including SIS and action plans.
• Conduct digital documentation of care and quality assurance measures.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d).
• A valid driver's license (Class B).
• A professional and conviction-driven approach to nursing.
• Strong social skills and empathy to foster a positive environment for residents.
• High sensitivity towards individuals in a coma and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork abilities.
