The Role

• Build statistical and machine learning models, including natural language processing (NLP), to develop automated solutions for complex business challenges.
• Construct and execute complex database search queries using SQL and API interfaces across multiple databases.
• Perform web scraping and apply various techniques for processing unstructured data.
• Leverage automation and machine learning to manage data, predict scenarios, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Learn and utilize technologies such as AWS and Git.

What You'll Need

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• BS degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or MS with 6-10 years of relevant experience; a Doctorate in a technical domain may also be considered.
• Proficiency in Python is mandatory.
• Strong SQL skills, experience with relational databases, and API usage for data extraction are required.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, and natural language processing (NLP) is required, including familiarity with NLP libraries and tools (e.g. spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK, TensorFlow).
• Demonstrates knowledge of frequentist statistics, probability, predictive modeling, computer science concepts, data architecture, and statistical methods.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib) is required.
