Internet Sales (BDC) Agent

Position: Internet Sales BDC Agent
Location: Berman Kia, Lincolnwood, IL
Pay: $45,000++ (Base Salary + Commission position)

Schedule: Monday-Saturday; Sundays and a set weekday off

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone and email
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
• Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics

Qualifications: 

• Previous BDC experience, required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly preferred  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
