The Role

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and families within your territory to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals.
• Work a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, allowing for a three-day weekend every week.
• Develop and manage your own book of business, fostering long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices and drive collective success.
• Travel within your assigned territory for client engagements.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your own income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• A coachable mindset and willingness to learn and implement a proven sales system.
• Comfort with travel, including overnight stays Monday through Thursday.
• Age 18 or older.
• No prior insurance experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
