The Role • Engage with potential clients to identify advertising needs and present tailored solutions. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with businesses in the assigned territory. • Proactively seek new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio. • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. What You'll Need • 5+ years of proven sales or media experience, with a strong background in B2B sales. • Demonstrated ability to make cold calls, both in-person and over the phone. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate policies and procedures clearly. • Strong time management and self-organization skills. • A resilient and self-motivated attitude, capable of overcoming challenges and handling rejection. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
