The Role

• Provide expert occupational therapy interventions to young people with complex needs.
• Collaborate with educational and residential teams to integrate therapeutic support into daily living and learning.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Offer consultation, workshops, and training to colleagues on therapeutic approaches.
• Work as a crucial part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
• Contribute to creating therapeutic living and learning environments.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
• Experience supporting teams to provide clinically informed environments.
• Confident and effective communicator, guide, leader, and trainer.
• Highly organised and proactive in taking initiative.
• Commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for young people.
