Description
This position will be responsible for being the escalation for IT operations personnel; implements, monitors, and ensures the enterprise IT infrastructure and the end user workstations are available, and performing according to standards. This role will also provide networking support and operational backup duties for IT staff. Other duties include vendor management, security administration, project management, annual user access reviews, research and analysis, documentation, and reporting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Three to five years technical experience with the ability to configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers and workstations.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with preference toward Computer Science or Information Systems majors.
Technical knowledge or work experience with LAN and WAN technologies.
Experience developing technical standards and procedures.
Experience providing Tier II technical support and higher.
Able to analyze IT infrastructure and endpoint solutions.
Strong experience in meeting deadlines for enterprise-wide hardware and software deployments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
