Job Description

Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in consumer digital product management and B2C subscription growth.
  • Proficiency in conversion rate optimization, paywall architecture, and checkout funnel design.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, multivariate experimentation, and statistical hypothesis validation.
  • Experience in product analytics tools, event instrumentation, cohort modeling, and LTV metrics.
  • Experience with consumer lifecycle engagement, CRM workflows, and multi-channel onboarding journeys.
  • Experience in digital health platforms, regulated consumer applications, or wellness tech products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for consumer subscription acquisition and paywall monetization.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end conversion funnels spanning discovery, onboarding, and subscription activation.
  • Architect repeatable A/B testing frameworks in collaboration with analytics to validate growth hypotheses.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deploy telemetry instrumentation, paywall APIs, and targeting capabilities.
  • Establish core KPI tracking models to measure conversion velocity, CAC, activation, and subscriber lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to build intuitive, high-converting digital user experiences.
  • Align cross-functional initiatives across marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to streamline the subscriber lifecycle.
