Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer II to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure services to business clients. This role is ideal for an IT professional with experience in managed services, desktop support, networking, and Microsoft-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for client systems, endpoints, applications, and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Diagnose and resolve network issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN connectivity.
Assist with server administration, system maintenance, patching, and software deployments.
Support firewalls, switches, routers, backups, and other IT infrastructure components as needed.
Monitor, investigate, and resolve technical incidents through a ticketing system.
Perform onsite client visits, equipment installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and document technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT service engineering.
Solid knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint troubleshooting.
Familiarity with servers, backups, security tools, and remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
Strong diagnostic, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work onsite in Richland, Washington.
