Set in the historic building which formerly housed the iconic In and Out military club, the 18th Century Georgian mansion and Grade 1-listed Palladian-style townhouse will be brilliantly reimagined as a 102-room hotel. Welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, creating an atmosphere that feels effortlessly refined.
Support seamless service throughout the guest journey, delivering food, beverages and thoughtful touches with care and precision.
Develop your knowledge of our menus, ingredients, wines and beverages, building the confidence to answer guest questions and share recommendations.
Prepare tables, maintain immaculate service stations and ensure every detail is beautifully presented.
Work closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a smooth, memorable dining experience.
Embrace every opportunity to learn, refine your service skills and deepen your knowledge of food, beverage and hospitality.
Uphold exceptional standards of personal presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
Bring a generous spirit and collaborative approach, sharing knowledge and helping create a team culture full of pride, openness and camaraderie.

Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
You bring warmth, kindness and professionalism to your interactions, understanding that great service begins with how people feel.
You are curious about food, wine and beverages, and excited to learn the stories, techniques and traditions that sit behind them.
You communicate openly, listen carefully and enjoy being part of a team that works together towards a shared goal.
