Position Summary
The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the retail sales team across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service lines. This position drives revenue growth by managing sales performance, establishing sales processes, mentoring team members, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales consultants. Establish sales goals and monitor performance. Conduct ride-alongs, reviews, and coaching sessions.

Drive retail HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales growth. Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, average ticket values, and margins. Ensure accurate use of ServiceTitan for reporting and forecasting. Support high-value sales opportunities and customer escalations. Collaborate with service, installation, dispatch, and leadership teams. Promote exceptional customer service and ethical sales practices. Manage departmental budgets and sales forecasts.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Associate’s/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Trade or related field preferred.
5+ years of retail HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical sales experience.
3+ years of sales leadership experience. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software. Valid driver license with acceptable driving record. Experience managing multi-trade sales teams, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and sales analytics.

Knowledge of indoor air quality, water quality, generator, and home comfort solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales professionals. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Comfortable presenting to customers and coaching others to improve presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements
