The Role

• Oversight of Windows infrastructures and deployed applications.
• Ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of IT systems.
• Resolving issues within 1st and 2nd level support.
• Handling user problems via personal contact, phone, and email.
• Addressing malfunctions both remotely and on-site.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and strong networking skills.
• High customer and user orientation, with self-reliance and goal-oriented approach.
• Good command of German, both written and spoken.
