What You'll Do

Drive Sales

: Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
Provide Exceptional Customer Service

: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
Manage Studio Operations

: Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
Promote Orangetheory

: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
Motivate and Inspire

: You’ll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience
What We’re Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time:
Sales Expertise

: 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
Customer Service Skills

: 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
Self-Motivated

: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team Player

: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial
Passion for Fitness
