The Role • Perform replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical expertise, adherence to standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order acceptance through to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Handle invoicing, customer fund management, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions. What You'll Need • Completed trade apprenticeship and ideally several years of professional experience as an automotive master, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to complete the required examination for operations management or already possess the Operations Manager (HWK) qualification. • Possess a valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer skills. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trust and collaboration.
