The Role

• Provide holistic care and support to adolescent patients within a shift work structure.
• Monitor patient progress, observe their condition, and actively support therapeutic interventions.
• Independently carry out doctor-ordered medical procedures and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage daily ward organizational tasks.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, structured, and safe environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse.
• Excellent social competence, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, previous experience in psychosomatic or psychiatric care (not a strict requirement).
