$90,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
GFP is seeking a driven, customer-focused
Manufacturing Sales Manager to help grow and support customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
This role combines customer relationship management, sales coordination, business development, and operational collaboration to ensure customers receive exceptional service and on-time results.
We're looking for someone who communicates well, builds strong partnerships, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a professional manufacturing setting.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support business growth and account development initiatives
Coordinate closely with operations, production, and customer service teams
Manage customer accounts, reporting, and sales activities
Assist with forecasting, pricing initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities
Travel to customer meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities
Help improve sales processes and operational efficiency
Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal departments
What We're Looking For
5+ years of sales, account management, customer support, or manufacturing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills
Comfortable with periodic travel and overnight stays as needed
