Job description

Lead Agile Business Analyst / Document Analyst (Policy, Claims, and Billing)

Location San Antonio, TX. Role is onsite, 5 days/week, no remote.

> Strong handson experience in P&C Insurance Indepth knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing systems Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar – optional) Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system changes Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic) Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus
