Salesforce Designer || Remote (W2 role)

Think of someone who can help assist in scaling systems / strong expertise in SFDC best practices / ... MUST have EXPERIENCE CLOUD .... hands on. helping with implementations

Required Experience

• Strong background in human-centered design, research, and service design
• Comfortable designing complex, form-based user flows and prototypes
• Substantial experience with Salesforce including its standard UI patterns, platform capabilities, and design constraints
• Comfortable operating as a design consultant/advisor across product teams teaching and mentoring designers unfamiliar with Salesforce on what''s possible, providing guidance, and supporting fellow designers on tradeoff decisions.
• Experience partnering with Salesforce developers/admins to balance out-of-the-box configuration with custom design solutions
• Skilled at articulating a compelling design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Interest in consulting and an ability to demonstrate the value of design in enterprise or government settings
• Skilled in growing and managing diverse stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Experience or interest in content design is a plus
• Comfortable working fully remotely using tools like Slack, Zoom, G Suite, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to educate stakeholders and cross-functional teams on Salesforce UX best practices
• Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience cloud is a plus
• Experience building lightweight documentation, patterns libraries, or training materials to help scale Salesforce design knowledge across a design org is a plus
