The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to optimize shopper experiences.
• Construct attractive product displays and end caps to maximize visibility and sales.
• Execute shelf resets and product rotation to maintain store aesthetics and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and identify sales opportunities.
• Travel regularly to various store locations as a primary component of the role.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and lifting up to 74 lbs.
• Willingness to visit multiple retail locations within a single week.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and store personnel.
• Capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team environment.
