Job Description
Radical Systems is a Northern Territory owned and operated provider of software development and associated technology services. Our focus is on servicing the software needs of the Government and medium-to-large enterprise sector.
The RoleRadicalSystems requires experienced business analysts with experience in many of the following areas:
- planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops
- analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements
- managing requirements traceability
- supporting a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying and communicating requirements, and filling knowledge gaps
- evaluating off the shelf solutions for their ability to meet client requirements
- working with test analysts to develop test scenarios from requirements.
To join our team, you will have many or all of the following attributes:
- an appreciation of the processes involved in developing and/or implementing business systems
- strong aptitude and demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail
- great written and verbal communication
- experience working closely with software developers and/or other business system implementation project team members
- comfort working in both waterfall and agile projects
- IIBA or other business analysis certifications
- a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
