The Role

RadicalSystems requires experienced business analysts with experience in many of the following areas:

• planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops
• analysing and documenting business, functional and technical requirements
• managing requirements traceability
• supporting a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle by clarifying and communicating requirements, and filling knowledge gaps
• evaluating off the shelf solutions for their ability to meet client requirements
• working with test analysts to develop test scenarios from requirements.

To join our team, you will have many or all of the following attributes:

• an appreciation of the processes involved in developing and/or implementing business systems
• strong aptitude and demonstrated analytical skills with attention to detail
• great written and verbal communication
• experience working closely with software developers and/or other business system implementation project team members
• comfort working in both waterfall and agile projects
• IIBA or other business analysis certifications
• a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
