Job Description



Title: ERP/EDI Technical Analyst


Duration: Direct Hire


Location: Spring, TX (Onsite Monday - Friday)


Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000

Summary



We are seeking an experienced ERP/EDI Technical Analyst to join our IT team in Spring, Texas. This role will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.



The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in EDI transaction processing, ERP systems, SQL databases, and supply chain operations. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and operational efficiency across the organization.




Responsibilities



Technical & EDI Support


* Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain EDI integrations and business processes.


* Monitor EDI transaction flow and resolve mapping, translation, and integration issues.


* Collaborate with customers, vendors, and third-party partners to support EDI onboarding and compliance requirements.



ERP Support


* Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).


* Design, code, test, implement, and maintain ERP enhancements, integrations, and customizations.


* Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


* Support ERP upgrades, implementations, patches, and system optimization initiatives.


* Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing system support to business users.



Database & Reporting


* Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.


* Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting across ERP and EDI environments.


* Support data integrity, system performance, and reporting requirements.




Supply Chain & Warehouse Management


* Support Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse Management business processes.


* Partner with operational teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.


* Assist with inventory management, warehouse transactions, and order fulfillment workflows supported by EDI and ERP systems.




Project & Team Support


* Participate in system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and technology initiatives.


* Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and support procedures.


* Work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to prioritize and execute projects.


* Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of IT.




Required Qualifications


* 5+ years of experience supporting EDI and ERP systems.


* Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).


* Strong SQL database and query development experience.


* Experience designing, coding, testing, implementing, and maintaining ERP and EDI solutions.


* Knowledge of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes.


* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


* Experience working with system integrations and data mapping.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.




Preferred Qualifications


* Experience with EDI translators and integration platforms.


* Experience with API, middleware, and third-party system integrations.


* Experience in distribution, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.


* Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or related technologies.


* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
