The Role

• Provide comprehensive care and support to children and adolescent patients in shift service.
• Observe patient progress, support therapeutic measures, and accompany patients in their daily routines.
• Independently carry out doctor's orders and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Maintain structured patient documentation and manage organizational tasks within the unit.
• Contribute actively to a respectful, structured, and safe environment within the interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), child nurse (m/f/d), or specialist nurse (m/f/d).
• Strong social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychiatry (though not essential).
