Workshop Engineer - Badminton

We are hiring a Workshop Technician to provide high quality service within the workshop, ranging from the Predelivery inspection of new coffee machines, refurbing of client’s own coffee machines and the refurbishment on existing loan coffee machines.

As a Workshop Technician your goal is carry out complete refurbishment on a wide range of table top coffee machines, this entails a complete strip down of the machine, cleaning and replacing any components deemed necessary and making sure the machine is fully tested and functional to the clients specifications.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• To diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of coffee Equipment.
• To carry out a Full refurbishment on Client’s coffee machines.
• Carry out the Predelivery Inspection on new machines, meeting the clients requirements within the planogram required.
• Continually review multiple fault equipment and ensure that any machine that displays persistent breakdowns is given the highest priority regarding repair.
• To ensure that you always have the job access to the technical manuals/documentation relevant to the equipment that you are servicing/maintaining.
• To attend various Training Courses to assist you to maintain the highest standard of workmanship.

• Ability form and maintain a close working relationship with colleagues with the working environment.
• Willing and able to work on your own initiative.
• Be customer-focused with a smart and professional appearance.
• Must have strong electrical knowledge/experience – demonstrated through practical work experience or an electrical qualification.
• Have a technical background with strong fault finding and diagnosis skills.
• Be aware of how to work safely on electrical equipment.
