People Data Analyst: Build Trusted HR Dashboards

Reece is seeking a People Data Analyst to support data-driven decisions across the People Platforms & Analytics team. You'll manage data integrations, reporting, and analytics that empower leaders to act with confidence, while building dashboards and self-service solutions.

You'll work with Databricks and Power BI to model workforce data and deliver high-quality insights, collaborating with People Experience and stakeholders to turn needs into meaningful metrics.
